YOLO Cottage is nestled within Rosemary Beach on the south side of 30A, offering stunning OCEAN VIEWS that will take your breath away! The YOLO gate from our private pool / spa / fireplace / entertaining deck is connected to the boardwalk of the private Rosemary Beach access "A" (offering wheelchair / baby stroller access) and a very short stroll to the sugar white beach sand &
aqua-marine blue water! Our community offers a Private Beach (with the ability to host bonfires on the beach through RB); Fitness Center with many classes to choose from like Yoga (and a massage therapist to die for); 3 Outdoor Pools along with 1 additional Heated Indoor Pool & a very active and beloved Tennis-Racquet Club community with 8 lighted green clay (Har - Tru) courts (available until 9PM daily - weather permitting). The racquet club hosts many events and tournaments year round and is a fun-filled, social community within Rosemary Beach. Be sure to purchase your court reservations early through the RB Racquet club because they sell out fast, daily!
YOLO is conveniently located near all of the exciting shops, Restaurants and amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer & all within walking / biking distance! Come enjoy YOLO and it's close proximity to the ocean with spectacular views and all that Rosemary Beach has to offer!
The Space
Welcome to YOLO Cottage! As you walk through the main entrance of YOLO's main house, your excitement builds with anticipation of your vacation days ahead! The professionally designed and furnished interiors were created with our guests upmost comfort in mind. Upon entering the foyer, you are greeted with custom painted artwork and a large credenza to store all of your "on the go" items. To the very left is an elevator that takes you to all 3 levels of the home allowing ease of transporting all of your luggage, groceries and vacation amenities, with as little effort as possible. Also located on the main floor you will find a KING Guest Room that offers a hotel luxury king sized mattress and bedding for your perfect night's rest and a 55" flat screen, smart TV. This king room has it's very own en-suite full bath & large walk-in shower, along with private spa / ocean views. Have a little one that needs a nap? This bedroom is perfect to lay by the pool or spa right outside the bedroom with a baby monitor! Adjacent you will find the delightful twin bunk bedroom that offers (2) Twin XL over Twin XL Bunk Beds, totaling 4 Twin XL Beds with a 55" flat screen, smart TV and it's very own en-suite full bathroom. Just across the hall from the bunk room, is the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer along with an exit to the private pool courtyard. The YOLO courtyard has a large entertaining deck for grilling out, along with alfresco dining for 14, awarding you with beautiful gulf views! The courtyard conveniently abuts to our private Rosemary Beach access "A", which gives YOLO guests the rare pleasure to be just a few steps away to the beach!
Taking you to the 2nd floor of YOLO Main House, you may access by way of stairs or elevator. Want to enjoy your first cup of coffee in silence before starting out your day but still keeping an eye on the kids? Located on the 2nd Floor is a beautiful sitting area with it's very own balcony that has lovely views of the kid's community park! Adjacent to the sitting area is the KING - Master Bedroom encompassing its own en-suite full bath with double sink vanity, relaxing, modernized, soaking tub overlooking the ocean and spa, and a huge walk-in marble shower with dual shower heads (one hand held). The Master Bedroom offers a King size luxury hotel Mattress and fine linen bedding to ensure you sleep well after your sun-drenched days on the beach! And the best amenity the master suite offers, is the expansive private wrap around balcony, offering a little romantic spot for just the two of you! Some of the best ocean / pool / spa views are off the master bedroom porch. Open up any or all of the 4 master bedroom balcony doors to hear those crashing ocean waves so close by! Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is the 2nd floor KING Guest Room, which also offers a King size luxury hotel mattress and linens, it’s very own en-suite full bathroom & private quaint balcony overlooking the beautiful pool below is close enough to hear the pool fountains while drifting off to sleep. Both bedrooms offer flat screen TVs that include a full selection of cable / streaming channels to choose from. (55" Flat Screen TV in the Master & 43" Flat Screen TV in the Guest King Bedroom).
The third floor is the prize of YOLO Cottage! Upon entering this expansive living / kitchen / dining room you will immediatley view the ocean backdrop to the interesting architectural Rosemary Beach roof tops! Enjoy preparing your family's coastal meals while watching the waves crash or kick back on the plush sectional sofa to binge watch your favorite episodic show or game. The 3rd floor massive wrap around porch offers commanding views, plenty of seating for the whole family and a charming bed swing for those lazy mid-day naps.......And if your work happens to call, just send them to voice mail immediately!

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment along with a deep cleaning fee which is calculated at 3 X the regular cleaning rate.
PETS / ANIMALS: PETS nor ANIMALS are permitted. NO pets nor animals of any kind shall be allowed at any time. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment + a deep cleaning fee of 3 X the regular cleaning fee rate.
MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.
EARLY CHECK-IN: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but CANNOT guarantee it. We charge a $100 fee for early check-ins (between 1 and 2 pm). Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. Many times, we have a quick turn with guests checking out at 10 am. Once our housekeeping team gets there, they'll be able to assess the condition of the house and determine how much work needs to be done to ensure the house is cleaned up to our standards, and ready for you. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home, our home inspectors come in to inspect the house to ensure it meets our standards.

- During spring break and peak season, curfew for minors under the age of 18 is 8 pm. No minors under the age of 18 are allowed outisde of the home without an adult 21 years or older past 8 pm.

Cancellation Policy
Love To Stay 30A bookings are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations due to family illness, loss of job, death in the family and named storms.
Deposit Policy
A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the rental rate plus taxes and all fees is required to confirm reservations. The reservation deposit will be applied toward the Property rental price. Please make all payments through the booking platform. The reservation deposit does not include Renter’s insurance. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days prior to your Check-In date or upon reservation, whichever is later.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our online booking calendar for an exact quote.

We recently stayed at the YOLO main cottage and had an absolutely wonderful experience — not just because of the home itself, but largely due to the incredible management company that took care of every detail.
From the moment we booked, the communication was clear, friendly, and prompt. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described — clean, well-stocked, and ready for us to enjoy. But what really stood out was how attentive and responsive the management team was throughout our stay.
Any time we had a question or minor issue (like figuring out the bike locks or the ice maker), the team responded immediately. Anything we needed was just a text away — day or night. It’s rare to find a rental where you feel this well taken care of, and it made a huge difference in our overall experience.
